Data Deletion Instructions

Ask My Tech Guy honors requests to delete personal information associated with site bookings, email subscriptions, guide requests, and approved Instagram or Meta interactions connected to Ask My Tech Guy.

How to request deletion

1. Email [email protected] with the subject line "Data deletion request".
2. Include the email address, Instagram handle, or other identifier you used when interacting with Ask My Tech Guy so we can find the right records.
3. We may ask for enough information to verify that the request belongs to you before deleting records.

What we delete

• Booking request records and optional notes you submitted.
• Email subscription records and guide-request records.
• Instagram or Meta interaction records that Ask My Tech Guy controls, such as keyword-comment response logs or direct-message delivery records created by our own app.

Timing

We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days unless a longer period is required by law, security, fraud prevention, accounting, dispute resolution, or other legitimate business obligations.
