These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of askmytechguy.com and any services provided by Ask My Tech Guy ("we," "us," or "Bijan Stephens"). By booking a call, signing up, or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
Ask My Tech Guy provides AI consulting, workflow automation, and technology implementation services for small business owners and solo operators. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are agreed upon in writing before any paid engagement begins.
The free 30-minute discovery call carries no obligation. It is a conversation to understand your business and assess whether we can help. Booking a discovery call does not create a contract or guarantee any service will be provided.
All paid work begins with a written scope of work outlining deliverables, timeline, and price. Engagements are confirmed upon receipt of a deposit or full payment as specified in the agreement.
Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun. If a project is cancelled before work starts, the deposit will be refunded in full. Monthly retainer fees are non-refundable for the current billing period. We will work in good faith to resolve any dissatisfaction before a refund is considered.
To deliver results, we need timely access to the tools, accounts, and information required for your project. Delays caused by incomplete access or slow responses from your side may affect timelines and are not our responsibility.
Upon full payment, you own all custom work product we create specifically for your business (automations, scripts, configurations). We retain the right to use general knowledge, techniques, and methodologies learned during your engagement in future work.
We provide consulting and implementation services based on best practices and experience. We cannot guarantee specific business outcomes — results depend on factors including your business, market, and how the tools are used after delivery. We will always give honest, qualified advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ask My Tech Guy's total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days prior to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost revenue or data loss.
We treat your business information as confidential. We will not share proprietary details about your operations, systems, or clients with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted at this URL with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Clark County, Nevada.
