• 30-minute Guarantee: If not resolved in the consultation, the $25 fee is credited toward future services within 30 days.

Remote Support ($75/hour)
Perfect For: Resolving tech issues that don’t require an in-person visit.
Includes:
• Step-by-step troubleshooting for your smartphone, computer, or tablet.
• Device setup and configuration.
• Screen-sharing or remote desktop support for more complex issues.
• First Hour Guarantee: If I cannot resolve your issue within the first hour, there’s no charge for the session.
How It Works:
We’ll connect via phone, video call, or remote desktop software to address your issue. During the session, I’ll make my best effort to fix the problem, guide you through solutions, or provide recommendations for next steps.
Home Visit ($150 for 2 hours)
Perfect For: Hands-on help for in-home tech issues, configuration, or setup.
Includes:
• Up to 2 hours of comprehensive troubleshooting and fixes for devices that need personal handling.
• Setting up or optimizing home devices like printers, Wi-Fi, or smart tech.
• Personalized lessons or tutorials (e.g., learning a new device, organizing files, or setting up backups).
How It Works:
